Overview

These standards have been developed for each area of fitness and exercise instruction covered by the Register and are aligned with the ICREPs Global Standards — the international benchmark established by the International Confederation for Registers of Exercise Professionals (ICREPs), of which REPs Pakistan is a proud member.

The standards ensure that every REPs Pakistan–registered instructor is qualified, competent, and professionally capable of delivering safe and effective fitness services in line with global best practices.
