Provisional status is granted to members of REPs Pakistan who hold a local qualification, or an international qualification without a portability letter from an originating ICREPs member organisation.

Provisional membership is valid for 12 months. During this time, members must contact a PD:Approval-accredited training provider recognised by REPs Pakistan and complete the required assessment(s) to demonstrate that they meet REPs Pakistan Occupational Standards.

Successful completion allows progression to full membership. Failure to complete the requirements within 12 months may result in removal from the register.

REPs Pakistan operates as a not-for-profit organization, as required for all members of ICREPs.

All revenue is generated from membership registrations and related services. These funds are used solely to cover administrative costs, audits, technology maintenance, industry events, and member support activities.

No profits are distributed—all income is reinvested to strengthen and grow Pakistan’s fitness industry.

If the university degree is accredited by PD:Approval and recognised by REPs Pakistan, the applicant may be eligible for full membership.

REPs Pakistan (Register of Exercise Professionals Pakistan) is a public register that recognizes qualified and competent fitness professionals who meet national and international standards in health and fitness instruction.

It provides assurance to employers and the public that all listed professionals are qualified, competent, and ethical in their practice.

REPs Pakistan operates a competency-based assessment model.

If your qualification includes both theoretical and practical components and is recognised by an ICREPs member register, you will be granted full membership.

If your qualification does not meet these requirements, you will be granted provisional status and will be required to complete a summative practical assessment within 12 months by contacting a PD:Approval-accredited training provider recognised by REPs Pakistan. Successful completion will allow progression to full membership.

If your qualification is from a country that is part of the ICREPs global network, you may apply to them for portability recognition using your certificate.  If you are already a member of an ICREPs register they will provide you with an official portability letter.

If your qualification is from a non-ICREPs member country, you may be granted provisional status. You will be required to contact a PD:Approval-accredited training provider recognised by REPs Pakistan and complete the relevant summative assessment within 12 months to demonstrate that you meet the Pakistan Fitness Occupational Standards. Successful completion will allow progression to full membership.

To register with REPs Pakistan, you must hold a recognized qualification from an approved training provider.

A list of recognized and accredited providers will be available on our website soon at www.repspakistan.com
