By submitting your application for registration, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Authenticity of Certificates:
  By submitting your application, you affirm that all fitness education certificates and supporting documents provided are genuine. Any discovery of fake, forged, or fraudulent documents will result in the immediate rejection of your application, forfeiture of your registration fee, and permanent disqualification from future membership with REPs Pakistan.
  Furthermore, such cases may be reported to relevant authorities and fitness governing bodies in Pakistan for appropriate action.
• Code of Ethical Practice:
  You agree to abide by the REPs Pakistan Code of Ethical Practice (available for download at www.repspakistan.com
• Accuracy of Information:
  You confirm that all information provided in your application is accurate, true, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
• Verification of Credentials:
  You grant permission to REPs Pakistan to contact any third party — including education providers, employers, or certifying bodies — to verify the authenticity of your qualifications or professional details.
  You also consent to REPs Pakistan sharing your contact information with approved third parties who offer relevant services or professional opportunities.
• Audits and Reviews:
  You agree to participate in any audits or competency reviews conducted by REPs Pakistan to validate your qualifications, experience, or level of registration.
• Disclosure of Registration Status:
  You authorize REPs Pakistan to disclose your registration status (including any reasons for suspension or non-registration) to third parties such as employers, government authorities, or partner organizations.
• Additional Training or Assessments:
  You agree to undertake any training or reassessment, at your own cost, if REPs Pakistan determines it is necessary to meet registration standards or occupational benchmarks.
• Payment Terms:
  You agree to make full payment of the registration fee at the time of application. Please note that payment is for application processing, not for acceptance.
  Refunds are not issued for unsuccessful applications, withdrawal of applications, or failure to meet registration standards.
• Online Application Validity:
  Any online forms completed in your name, accompanied by your correct date of birth and registered email address, will be considered legally binding.
• Continuing Professional Development (CPD):
  You agree to complete at least 20 CPD points every two (2) years to maintain your registration and professional status.
• Communication:
  You agree to maintain a current and active email address at all times, and acknowledge that all official communication from REPs Pakistan will be delivered via email.
• Registration Period:
  All registrations are valid for 12 months from the date of certification.
  Refunds are not provided for changes of mind, unsuccessful applications, or failure to meet renewal or registration requirements.
• Membership:
  Full Membership is renewable annually, Provisional Membership is valid for 12 months and can only be renewed by successfully completing the required assessments within this period with a REPs Pakistan recognised provider, to move to Full Membership.

This agreement is made between the applicant (as identified in the registration form) and REPs Pakistan (Register of Exercise Professionals Pakistan).
